New and refurbished products
Every product title states its condition. Items marked (New) are brand new. Items marked (Refurbished) are pre-owned devices that have been tested and restored to working condition. Phones marked International Version are non-US models: they are unlocked but may not support every US carrier band and may not include a US manufacturer warranty. If you're unsure whether a device will work for you, contact us before you buy.
Shipping and returns
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping costs are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Our catalog ships from multiple warehouses and suppliers, so items in one order may arrive separately. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
